Refund policy

We have a 7-day Exchange policy only for Domestic Orders, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an Exchange, No Refund.

EXCHANGE CONDITIONS:

  • Wrong Item Sent
  • Damaged Item Sent (Will need to be Verified buy Seller)
  • Missing Parts

Damages due to Shipping will have to be investigated with the Shipping Partner and once resolved, the Exchange can be processed. 

We take pictures and videos of all our packed orders, hence we have proof of packing from our end which helps to resolve any discrepancies

To be eligible for an Exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase (Email, Order Number, Packing Slip, etc) 

To start an Exchange, you can contact us at info@feltbarnbysruthisankar.com. If your Exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Kindly take pictures, preferably videos of the unpacking to help us understand mistakes that may be from our end.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept Exchanges on Gift Cards.

Exchange
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned product, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, we will resend the fresh product to you within 7 business days.

We Cannot provide Return / Exchange for International Orders due to very high Logistic costs. However we will make our best efforts to make sure the order is sent correct and in perfect condition.
